Paul has been heavily involved with CranioSacral Therapy ever since it arrived in Ireland. He is the third person in the country to become fully qualified under the Upledger Institute. He was chairperson for the initial 3 years of the Irish Association of CranioSacral Therapy been founded and has represented his association on the board of FICTA (Federation of Irish Complementary Therapy Associations) also. Paul has been teaching study days to fellow CST students for 6 or 7 years and is presently in the process of becoming a fully qualified CST teacher for the Upledger Institute of Ireland.
Travelling and educating himself in countries such as United States of America, China, Scotland, England and Ireland. Over the years Paul has gained great experience and knowledge from education and working at various complementary spa and commercial clinic locations such as Intel in Leixlip, MicroSoft in Sandyford, the David Lloyd Leisure Centre in Ballsbridge, the Frairslands Leisure Centre in Goatstown and The KClub Golf & Hotel Spa in Straffan before moving permanently to set up True Health in Naas, Co. Kildare.

CST (CranioSacral Therapy) is a gentle hands-on therapy, releasing physical, emotional and spiritual restrictions within the body while listening to the Cerebral Spinal Fluid system.

Paul uses CranioSacral therapy to help facilitate his clients in making the respective changes to their own ‘inherent energy’ systems.

Paul is available on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8a.m. to 10p.m. & Monday & Saturday mornings from 8a.m. to 2p.m.

Treatment cost €60 per session for adults and €50 per session for infants & children.
