Mary McMahon - Counselling, Humanistic & Integrative Therapist
Mary has trained as a Humanistic & Integrative Therapist and also as a School Guidance counsellor. She has had further training in Suicide and Bereavement Counselling and Addiction Studies.
On a lighter note, Mary is qualified as a Laughter Yoga Facilitator.
Therapy offers you a safe, confidential place to talk about your life and anything that may be confusing, painful or uncomfortable. It allows you to talk with someone who is independent and is trained to listen attentively and to help you improve your life.
The counsellor is there to support you and respect your views. They won’t usually give advice, but will help you find your own insights into and understanding of your problems.
