PILATES - Is an exercise system that involves a series of controlled movements that engage both body and mind. The primary focus is on building core strength, pelvic stability and flexibility, it also helps in preventing injuries and back pain. The outcome is a balanced and tone body which is strong, supple and energized.

FUSION - A dynamic mind/body workout combining the best of pilates core exercises with the best of yoga postures to improve flexibility, core and overall strength, stamina and balance, while helping achieve elongated muscle tone. The class will finish with a relaxation which will leave you balanced and energized.

Lidwien Van Elk

Lidwien is a fully qualified Hatha & Raja yoga teacher with the holistic association of medicine which is recognized by the Yoga Alliance. She also holds a Yoga for Sports diploma from the yoga therapy training centre and is certified in the Core Yoga method, a vinyasa and Pilates blend. She has trained as a Pilates Mat instructor and has a level 1 and 2 certification with the Balanced body university, she's also Zenga (Mindful and fascial movement) certified by Stott Pilates.
