Tuesdays-Core Yoga from 7.15 till 8.30 pm- Strong
Wednesdays- Pilates with props, Intermediate plus from 7 till 8 pm.
Thursdays-Pilates for beginners and improvers from 7 till 8 pm.
Saturdays- Yoga-Pilates fitness blend from 11 am till noon-All levels except beginners.
Sports Yoga classes for enhanced sport performance and injury prevention are on request.
